Adult Dance & Fitness

We heard you Grady County…and we are excited to introduce the NEW Adult Dance & Fitness Programs at obcDANCEARTS!! We are taking everyone’s feedback into account and working to develop the perfect schedule for STRONG by Zumba, Adult Tap and Adult Jazz & Hip Hop classes!!! All Adult classes will be offered in a judgment free environment! All you need is a positive attitude, the desire to learn and the ability to let loose and have fun!! We will post the schedule and additional information soon!!! Can’t wait to see where our NEW Adult Program takes us and we’re even more excited to connect with the amazing humans that will take it there!!

What is STRONG by Zumba?

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you’ll torch calories (during and after) while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
